Artist in Residence Susan Eriksson was at Constellation Studios the first week of June. Susan is a mixed media artist, educator and geologist from Boulder, Colorado, who makes sculpture and installations from carved wood. She explored the printed transferal of her carved marks from blocks to paper, and will integrate these concepts into future work, referring to geologic strata and natural forms.
