$40 for workshop and materials
In this workshop participants will make unique papers with colorful tie-dye patterns. Soft Japanese washi papers and cotton fabric will be used with this traditional technique for contemporary exploration. We will produce beautiful papers that can be used for bookbinding, gift-wrapping, collage, or stationary. Artist-in-Residence Midori Iizuka, from Tokyo, will lead this workshop for a cultural exchange and opportunity. All ages welcome.
