Community Drawing Project with Sonja Hinrichsen

Constellation Studios is hosting a large scale collaborative drawing with parameters and directions from our guest artist Sonja Hinrichsen…..and we will need many hands to draw together!   Sonja has led numerous drawing projects in other communities, including her stunning “Snow Drawings”. https://www.sonja-hinrichsen.com/

Sonja says: “Using smooth artist pens filled with black ink we will be creating a huge drawing – all together. You do not need any drawing skills for this project. Everyone can do this!   We will all work with a simple pen gesture, which will accumulate and evolve into diverse patterns and pattern systems. This concept will ensure cohesiveness throughout our giant piece, while at the same time there will be lots of room for experiment. Each hand, each mind works differently and will add its own personality to the piece. This will make our drawing exciting and fun!”
